PNI-KMPG is a Philippines-based outsourced data and voice center with over 350 customer care and business process outsourcing (BPO) agents handling various industries worldwide. PNI-KMPG provides outsourced key support for customer service, sales and marketing. We also provide customized, technology-integrated solutions for our clients, all at a much lower cost than domestic call centers.

When it comes to management, technology and people, PNI-KMPG has the edge. In 1999, the human resource division, PNI, went global in order to service the growing demand for qualified professionals worldwide. Kinsella Marketing and Promotions Group, Inc. on the other hand, was founded in order to provide high quality marketing and promotions campaigns for various industries and has successfully served numerous direct response companies in the United States for over 10 years.

The merger of these two companies, established in 2004, has resulted in a leading call center provider that caters to numerous outsourcing needs including internet advertising.
